BOOKING & CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document sets out the general terms and conditions governing reservations, cancellations, and house rules for stays and events at Finca La Cornatilla through the website https://fincalacornatilla.com.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS
Booking Confirmation | EVENTS: Space reservations for any type of event are managed directly with management via email at fincalacornatilla@gmail.com.
Booking Confirmation | ACCOMMODATION: Directly through the website.
Payment Method:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid 15 days prior to arrival via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival or held via card pre-authorization to cover potential damages to the facilities. This deposit will be returned following the inspection of the estate after check-out.
3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: Until 12:00 PM (noon).
(Check-ins or check-outs outside these hours are subject to availability upon request and prior confirmation from Finca La Cornatilla).
4. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing to fincalacornatilla@gmail.com.
Free Cancellation: If cancelled more than 15 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation Fee: If cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
5. ESTATE RULES AND GUEST CONDUCT
To ensure the preservation of the natural environment and respect the peace of neighboring areas:
Occupancy Limits: Hosting or accommodating more guests than declared at the time of booking is strictly prohibited.
Responsible Use of Facilities: Guests agree to make proper use of the gardens, swimming pool, and facilities, assuming full responsibility for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.
6. MANDATORY GUEST REGISTRATION
In compliance with Spanish public security regulations for tourist accommodation, all guests aged 14 and over must present a valid national ID card (DNI) or Passport upon check-in to complete the official guest registration form (parte de entrada de viajeros).
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the website and booking services shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.
